The services we provide will vary according to each project and are tailored to suit each individual client’s needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will be happy to meet with you and discuss your project in more detail.

Our initial meeting is usually about an hour long an during this time we will get an understanding of the building/site and your aspirations and requirements. We will give you an overview of the process of designing and building a project. We do not charge for this initial meeting.

Following our initial meeting we will prepare a fee proposal based on the information we have established at meeting. If our fee proposal is acceptable we will prepare formal terms of appointment.

  • Scheme design and outline proposals
  • Preparation of planning application drawing and submission of planning applications
  • Coordination of other consultants during the design and planning process
  • Pre-application enquiries and meeting with planners and conservation officers

  • Preparation of Building regulation drawings
  • Preparation of detailed production information drawings, specifications and schedules of work
  • Administer building contracts
  • Provide cost advice throughout the project
  • Advise on appointment of other consultants and coordination of consultants throughout the project

  • Advise on alternative methods of construction and the use of sustainable materials and processes.
